- Step 3: To get your Registration ID/User ID and Password, enter the One Time Password.
- Step 4: Enter your registration credentials to access the online application portal.
- Step 5: Pay the online application cost and upload the necessary documents.
- Step 6: Complete the online application and print a copy for your records.
