Eligibility Criteria To Apply

Stenographer (Grade II):

  • For this position, you should come under the age bracket of 21 years to 40 years. 
  • Your English shorthand speed should be 120 words per minute.

  • Your educational qualification must include a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 

Stenographer (Grade III):

  • For grade III stenographers, you must not be below 21 years old and should not exceed over 35 years.
  • You should also be proficient in English shorthand with a speed of 100 words per minute. 
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and operations will be a plus point for you. 
  • Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages are compulsory for the applicants.
  • The educational qualifications remain the same for both grade stenographers.
