• In the section for Weighted Goods Purchased or Bagged Citrus, choose one of the conditions from the list of alternatives and enter the number of weighted goods purchased.
• Provide details about the Weighted Goods and/or Bagged Citrus in the Description of Items Purchased section. Select a weighted good and enter the purchase information.
• If you have any proof of purchase, attach it to the claim form.
• Select a payment method from the available options: Venmo, Zelle, direct deposit, or Mastercard.
