AIASL Executive Recruitment 2024 Academic Qualification

If we talk about the eligibility criteria, then the academic qualification and age requirement remain the most important aspects. Here, we’ve elaborated on the academic qualification requirement for both senior and normal customer service executive posts. 

1. Sr. Customer Service Executive –

– Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized with 5 years of experience in any of the areas or combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling.

– Should be proficient in the use of a PC.

– Good command of spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.

2. Customer Service Executive –

– Graduate from a recognized university under a 10+2+3 pattern.

– Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA, IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.

– Should be proficient in the use of PC.

– Good command of spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
